The Sorcerer-Kings are the immensely powerful tyrants of many of the city-states in The Tablelands.

| King Kalak | Tyr | King Kalak was the former ruler of the city-state of Tyr. During a bid to rise to dragonhood, Kalak was betrayed by his head Templar, Tithian. Tithian enabled Rikus, a mul gladiator, to kill Kalak with the Heartwood Spear, a halfling artifact. |
| King Tectuktitlay | Draj | Many of the Sorcerer-Kings claim divinity, but none are as dogmatic about it as Tectuktitlay. The citizens of Draj worship him, not because they believe he is a god, but because they know the consequences if they don't. |

His people refer to him as the Shadow King, for he'll go for decades secluded within the Naggaramakam, his Forbidden Dominion at the center of the city, without being seen by his people. He was once known as Gallard, "Bane of Gnomes," and was the 6th Champion of Rajaat. |

| Queen Oba Lalali-Puy | Gulg | Gulg's sorcerer-queen, Lalali-Puy (female human / 23rd level dragon / LE) is the absolute monarch of her realm. Her subjects consider her to be the Oba, the forest goddess. Over the centuries that she's been in power, Lalali-Puy has come to relish the worship and adoration of her subjects heap upon her. Lalali-Puy is a third-stage dragon king. She uses the Way and her powerful magic abilities to appear before her people as a beautiful young woman with long, silky hair and dark skin. She never appears in public without her illusions in place, for she doesn’t want her people to see her in her true dragon form. |
